Ranil Rajapaksha, Managing Director of RAeDIUM
Ranil is a proud father of 2 young children and is the Managing Director of an Digital Advertising Media agency.
Ranil has come from humble beginnings in Singapore, and learned the ropes through the school of hard knocks. His first Advertising role was writing Birth and Death notices in the Herald Sun Classifieds, but ended up managing the Entertainment Advertising department. Given a hunch that Online Advertising may take off, in 2005 he made the switch to a role servicing Advertising Agencies with their online spend. Years later, he founded RAeDIUM Digital, born out of sheer frustration because of a lack of forward thinkers within the industry. The business is now 10 years old and continues to serve both clients and communities (local and abroad).
The Purpose of RAeDIUM Digital Media is to be the vehicle that helps as many under-priviledged children in the world (domestic violence, war-torn countries). The business just happens to be a leader within a digital advertising channel as well.
RTL's Vision and Passion towards empowering forward thinking children is aligned with everything RAeDIUM believes in, and Ranil brings expertise in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and a genuine hunger to help uncover, educate and motivate the leaders of tomorrow.
